Joust Version 2.4.1        Acknowledgement

Preamble

We request that publicly available Web Sites using Joust provide a suitable acknowledgement and a link to our site. Promoting Joust in this fashion will help to grow our user community, thus providing us with stimulus for the continued development and support of Joust. This is a request, not a requirement. The Software Licence, below, explains the requirements for using Joust.

This software is provided as FREEWARE and cannot be sold. This restriction does not apply to connect time charges, or flat rate connection/download fees for electronic bulletin board services. This JavaScript code can not be bundled with any commercial package or distributed by itself or accompanying books, magazines or any other media without express written permission from Alchemy Computing Ltd.

The Joust design and the JavaScript code are the intellectual property of Alchemy Computing Ltd and all copyright notices and acknowledgements in the Joust code MUST be maintained at all times.

All copyright on this code is reserved. Alchemy Computing Ltd reserves the specific right to offer future versions of this source code as a commercial or shareware product.
